POLICY

1. Age & License Requirements

    •    Minimum age to rent: 18 years old

    •    Minimum age to operate: 16 years old with valid government-issued photo ID and parental/guardian consent.

    •    All operators must complete a brief safety orientation before riding.

    •    A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID is required for all renters and operators.

2. Rental Requirements

    •    All renters must sign a waiver and liability release before rental.

    •    A 20% security deposit of the rental cost is required and will be held on your credit card during the rental period. The deposit is non-refundable unless the weather doesn’t permit. 

    •    Late returns will be deducted from the security deposit. 

    •    Fuel is included in the rental price.

3. Safety Rules

    •    Life jackets are mandatory and will be provided.

    •    No drugs or alcohol use before or during jet ski operation.

    •    Operating recklessly, speeding near shorelines, or jumping wakes is strictly prohibited.

    •    Riders must stay within designated rental zones.

4. Weather & Cancellations

    •    Rentals may be rescheduled in case of severe weather or unsafe water conditions (as determined by staff).

    •    Customer cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

    •    No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

5. Damage & Liability

    •    Renter is fully responsible for any damages to the jet ski or other property during the rental period.

    •    Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the renter.

    •    PCB JetSki Rental LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal items.
